Expectations vs. Reality

Every project begins with the client’s vision (which we closely listen to) and every client has a budget (which they feel they can manage comfortably). These two things — the vision and the budget form an idea that the client hopes to see become a reality. We believe that the best way to serve the client is to provide the information necessary to help them balance their budget with their vision.

There are many types of contractors. There are those that tell you what you want to hear about budget and scheduling and others like LewDun Construction, who build a relationship of trust by being honest with the client from the beginning. We have a conversation with you about today’s costs and timeline realities before the contract is drafted. You are given the realistic costs for materials and labor in today’s market. We refuse to under bid the costs of the job in order to get your business. We want to be sure that the final result meets your expectations.

“Our family has worked with LewDun for over 15 years on many projects, both large and small. We have always been delighted not only with the final result, but everything from cleanliness, communication and their professionalism. We have referred them to friends and family who are also very pleased with the projects they did for them.”

“We are so thrilled with the final outcome of our kitchen. They were very professional and worked hand in hand with our interior designer. We are planning on having them back this summer to start our master bathroom.”

“LewDun Construction and their crew were amazing with our many projects. They just recently finished our outdoor living space that turned out perfect. They promised they would have it done by the time summer came, and they delivered.”

“LewDun Construction just completed an entire kitchen remodel at our tech firm, and it turned out amazing. Our entire staff remarked on how courteous they were and to do this project with as little disruption as possible, especially since the kitchen is right in the middle of our space. We have more projects planned with LewDun.”
